Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking an IT Business Analyst to design, develop, and implement software applications that streamline our operational processes while keeping us on time. You will partner with business users and software engineers to propose solutions and help shape user interfaces for an in-house application.

The role involves documenting requirements, presenting solutions for approval, and supporting development, testing, and UAT.

Qualifications

• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with business partners.
• Document software requirements for engineers and QA.
• Present and justify software solutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shadow business partners to document current processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to design software solutions.
