Job summary

JSX is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Burbank to ensure timely availability of parts and materials for maintenance operations, including AOG situations. You will manage station inventories, tooling, and GSE while coordinating with teams to keep aircraft mission-ready.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving with hands-on responsibilities and the use of Traxxall MMS. We value safety, collaboration, and dependability in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of inventory management experience.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and standing.
• Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
• A current and valid drivers license is required.
• Preferred aviation experience.
• Experience working with Traxxall MMS Inventory Management System.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and supplies across stations.
• Organize and track parts in Traxxall MMS database.
• Process returns and shipments for routable parts within agreed timeframes.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support aircraft maintenance operations to ensure parts availability.
