Job summary

JSX is seeking an Inventory Specialist in California to ensure the timely availability of parts for aircraft maintenance. You will manage stock levels, organize part locations, and oversee returns and shipments to keep maintenance on schedule.

Your role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and safety, using Traxxall MMS and analytical tools to support multiple maintenance locations and on-time aircraft readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of inventory management experience in a maintenance/aviation setting.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory using Traxxall MMS to ensure accuracy.
• Organize parts locations and process receipts, issues, and returns.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiency across maintenance locations.
