Job summary

JSX is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support aircraft maintenance operations by ensuring timely availability of parts, materials, and services both during routine schedules and AOG situations.

You will manage inventory across stations, organize assets in Traxxall MMS, and coordinate returns or repairs while driving process improvements and flight readiness. Flexible shifts and a hands-on, safety-driven approach are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of inventory management experience.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform intermittent physical activity.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and supplies across stations.
• Track parts locations and issues in Traxxall MMS database.
• Process and ship routable parts and cores within agreed timeframes.
• Monitor accuracy and productivity using available metrics.
