Job summary

StandardAero in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to partner with site leadership to shape HR and talent strategies, including recruiting, retention, and succession. You will lead a team of 3 Senior HR Generalists and 1 Onboarding Specialist, manage employee relations, and oversee daily HR workflow.

You will also act as the DER for the Drug and Alcohol Program, driving compliance and coordination with regulators while supporting the Cincinnati site’s staffing, training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience supporting 500–700+ employees.
• Experience in aviation/aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years leading a team of HR Generalists.
• 2+ years guiding rapid growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop and execute HR and talent strategies.
• Lead and coach a team of 3 Senior HR Generalists and 1 Onboarding Specialist.
• Manage employee relations including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee DER duties for the Drug & Alcohol Program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner on hiring strategy and training programs to scale the Cincinnati site.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and HRIS reporting.
• Support process optimization across HR services.
