JSX is seeking a Hospitality Intern to support the Hospitality team in enhancing services, amenities, and experiences for premium air travel. You’ll gain hands-on experience in aviation hospitality, onboard service coordination, and customer feedback analysis, with exposure to Station operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college and completing your sophomore or junior year.
• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in hospitality, customer service, and the aviation industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes, support different projects, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with Crewmembers and Customers.
• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and supporting a premium Customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with development, coordination, and implementation of hospitality programs and services that enhance the JSX Customer experience.
• Support initiatives to maintain consistent service standards and elevate hospitality offerings.
• Help collect, organize, and review Customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist with coordinating onboard hospitality services, including catering, refreshments, amenities, and inflight elements.
• Collaborate with Hospitality and operational teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Participate in projects improving Customer satisfaction and seamless travel experiences.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project materials for hospitality initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand how departments contribute to the Customer journey.
• Occasionally assist with Station operations and interact with Customers in airport environments.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to strengthen JSX hospitality programs.
