Job summary

JSX invites a Hospitality Intern to support the Hospitality team in elevating onboard services and guest experiences across the JSX network.

The role offers hands-on exposure to premium aviation hospitality, customer experience projects, and cross-functional collaboration with stations and operations. Internship runs May 18–August 7, 2027, with direct impact on service standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, and implementation of hospitality programs and services.
• Support initiatives to maintain consistent service standards and elevate offerings.
• Help collect and review customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate onboard hospitality services, including catering, refreshments, and amenities.
