Job summary

JSX is seeking a Corporate Soul Intern to support Human Resources programs across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, HR Technology, and employee engagement. You will assist with job postings, events, training materials, and data analysis while helping to strengthen Crewmember experience.

This internship runs May 18 through August 7, 2027, and offers collaboration across teams, practical HR exposure, and the chance to help shape future intern cohorts in a fast-paced airline

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally across the organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research best practices in employee engagement and workplace culture to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate outreach, and administrative aspects of the hiring process.
• Assist with planning and coordinating recruiting events, including preparation and logistics.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to learn how recruiting strategies support JSX's hiring needs.
• Assist with Crewmember engagement activities, events, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support training and development programs by preparing materials and tracking participation.
• Contribute to projects focused on professional development and improving the Crewmember experience.
• Help evaluate and improve the internship program by gathering feedback and planning for future cohorts.
• Provide support for HRIS projects and technology-related initiatives.
• Data organization, reporting, and process documentation to support HR operations.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
