Job summary

Xtreme Aviation LLC in Miami, FL is hiring a Ground Support Equipment Associate to maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair GSE used in our aviation operations. You will service tow tractors, baggage carts, and other airport equipment to keep operations moving safely.

The ideal candidate has aviation or airport GSE experience, strong mechanical skills, and can read repair manuals while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous aviation, airport, or ground support equipment experience is required.
Must be able to read repair manuals and follow technical documentation.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems is expected.
Able to safely operate hand and power tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aviation ground support equipment (GSE).
Service and repair tow tractors, baggage carts, buses, trucks, service vans, and other airport equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Perform preventive and periodic maintenance to keep equipment operational.
Inspect equipment and identify wear, damage, or maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records and parts inventory.
