Job summary

Wing is seeking a Ground Crew Evaluator to join our Aviation Training and Operational Readiness team in Dallas, TX. You will execute training plans for individuals or groups and lead qualification evaluations to ensure ground personnel meet safety and competency standards.

You will also help develop training materials, validate content for accuracy, and act as a line crew member when needed. This role reports to the Training Lead and supports Wing’s global flight operations.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience as a Wing Ground Support Operator.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (last 36 months).
• FOI tested and passed.
• Ability to complete Ground Crew Instructor qualification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Earn Part 135 Wing Ground Check Pilot designation and conduct role qualification evaluations.
• Train ground support crew on the Wing UAS delivery system.
• Develop and deliver train-the-trainer curricula.
• Function as an FAA approved crewmember when scheduled (~20%).
• Develop training materials and syllabus for Wing programs.
• Review lessons for accuracy and provide feedback.
• Validate training material and support testing/evaluations with SMEs.
• Conduct advanced training and classroom/field events.
