Job summary

The Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc team is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct initial and recurrent training for above and below wing operations, including ramp procedures, customer service, security, Safety, ACAA, Weight and Balance, and aircraft appearance. The role involves creating training records and delivering sessions across stations.

Travel is required for the Train the Trainer class and potential assignments at other stations; candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, college preferred.
• 2–5 years of Customer Service, Ramp Operations, or equivalent training/education.
• Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service or Ramp Lead/Supervisor or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of PC computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel domestically as needed for training and support.
• Must pass a ten year background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate initial and recurrent training in ramp operations, customer service, security, safety, ACAA, Weight & Balance, and aircraft appearance.
• Evaluate and supervise customer service and ramp procedures for safety and compliance.
• Create and maintain training records per company, carrier, and FAA regulations.
• Conduct Ground Service Equipment (GSE) training on motorized equipment.
• Train and implement station training procedures for handling carrier contracts.
• Support station operations training and assist with projects as needed.
