Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all mechanical portions of the baggage handling and jet bridge systems. Candidate should work autonomously or with a crew and handle components from motors to 480V electrical systems under lead supervision.

The role requires ability to read schematics, diagnose failures, and perform preventive maintenance while coordinating with Control Room and management.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience in industrial environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Maintain superior safety and customer service at all times.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain machinery and electrical equipment (motors, circuits, SICK ATR systems, conveyors).
• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Communicate status of work to relevant parties and document activities.
• Analyze root causes of electrical failures and propose remedies.
• Interpret schematics and engineering drawings for layout and operation.
• Respond to call-outs from Control Room/manager for service lines (CM/PM/EM).
• Perform preventive maintenance: inspection, cleaning, replacements, and follow-up work orders.
