Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain/CDL and certifications for material-handling equipment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new-hire and recurrent training.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
• Treat customers and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
• Fuel, tow, wing walk, and provide general ground support for aircraft.
• Marshal arriving and departing aircraft safely.
• Greet pilots, crew, and passengers professionally.
• Perform routine inspections and document findings.
• Maintain clean ramps, hangars, and facilities.
• Report safety incidents or hazards to management.
• Assist with lawn care, janitorial, and facility maintenance as needed.
