Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in new hire and recurrent training.
• Conduct all operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of safety and customer service.
• Treat others with courtesy and respect.
• Fuel, tow, wing walk and provide general ground support for various aircraft.
• Marshal and greet aircraft professionally and friendly.
• Perform periodic checks of equipment and facilities and document findings.
• Maintain a clean and organized ramp and hangars, free of debris and clutter.
• Communicate customer feedback with Ascension FBO personnel.
• Report safety incidents or hazards to management and initiate emergency procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
