Job summary

Emery Air, located at Chicago Rockford International Airport, seeks energetic Ground Support personnel to operate Fri-Mon, 6am-4:30pm. You will de-ice aircraft, marshal arrivals/departures, greet crews, move aircraft and handle basic fuel/oil/water services while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements include 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass a drug screen and background checks, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to take and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

De-ice and anti-ice aircraft.
Marshaling planes through arrivals and departures.
Greeting pilots, passengers and crew.
Moving aircraft.
Providing basic service for aircraft, e.g., fuel, oil, lavatory, water, etc.
Driving vehicles in areas congested with moving and stationary aircraft, vehicles and equipment.
Transporting clients.
Assisting with baggage.
Ensuring hangars, tarmac and client areas are kept clean and orderly.
Ensuring a safe environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintaining facilities and equipment.
Providing all around top-quality service.
Fuel quality control functions.
