Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech in Houston is seeking a Maintenance Repair Technician Level II to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on airport operations systems and controls. You will document maintenance activities in the CMMS and respond to requests to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in equipment maintenance, ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics, and a willingness to work day or night shifts including weekends. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in equipment and maintenance operations.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance and work day or night shifts, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility systems and controls.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment conditions in CMMS.
• Respond to maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
