Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation in Napa, CA is seeking a dependable Ramp Agent to marshal aircraft, fuel operations, and provide ground services in a fast-paced environment. You will handle fueling, aircraft movement, and essential safety checks while delivering excellent customer service to clients and crews.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and readiness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshalling in and out arriving and departing aircrafts and providing car valet service as necessary.
• Safely operate fuel trucks and complete aircraft fueling orders.
• Perform aviation/jet fuel quality checks and document inspections.
• Document fuel quality and fueling equipment inspections on applicable forms.
• Tow aircraft in and out of hangars and on ramps.
• Provide ground services (lavatory waste disposal, oxygen, potable water, etc.).
• Ensure readiness and replenishment of anti-ice devices during winter activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.
