Skyservice Business Aviation in Bend, Oregon is seeking a dependable ground services technician to marshal arriving and departing aircraft, fuel aircraft, perform quality checks, tow aircraft, and provide ramp services. The role demands outdoor work in various weather and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Aviation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Mechanical inclination is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshal in/out arriving and departing aircraft and secure the aircraft.
• Safely operate fuel trucks and complete aircraft orders.
• Conduct aviation/jet fuel quality tests and inspections.
• Document fuel quality and fueling inspections.
• Tow aircraft on hangars, aprons, and ramps.
• Provide ground services (lavatory waste, oxygen, potable water).
• Ensure anti-ice readiness during winter activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interactions.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean.
• Perform other duties as required.
