Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation is hiring a ground services agent in Redmond, OR, to marshal aircraft, fuel operations, and support ground services. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and customer service in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities include fueling, quality checks, aircraft movement, and provisioning essential services like water and waste handling. Strong teamwork and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Aviation experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Good communication and excellent customer service are essential.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshal arriving and departing aircraft and provide car valet as needed.
• Safely operate fuel trucks and complete aircraft fueling orders.
• Conduct aviation fuel quality tests and document inspections.
• Tow aircraft on ramps and provide ground services (lavatory waste, oxygen, water).
• Ensure anti-ice readiness during winter activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties as required.
