Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Minneapolis seeks a Duty Manager to ensure safe, efficient daily airport operations. You will supervise and coordinate team activities, coach staff, recruit and handle scheduling, and oversee performance of the assigned station.

This role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Flight privileges after 30 days, competitive pay with earned wage access, comprehensive benefits, PTO, a 401(k) match, and annual bonuses
