Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure daily airport operations run safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will oversee and coordinate team activities to deliver a reliable operation and coach staff as needed.

This role offers flight privileges after 30 days, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match after 30 days, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
