Qualifications

• Ability to pass security clearance and possess a valid driver's license.

• Ideal candidate will have knowledge of adult learning processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in various formats including instructor led and e-learning.
• Monitor compliance levels across station.
• Provide objective feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
• Assist with New Hire tracking process for operational transition.
• Maintain regular communication with subject matter experts.
