Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. in Renton, WA is seeking an Assembly Mechanic to assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision components for 737 fuselage work, using drawings, process specs, and quality controls.

Pay rates are $45–$47 hourly. This on-site role offers opportunities for training and cross-training in inspection and assembly while supporting continuous production flow in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read prints and work instructions.
• Experience assembling fuselage components preferred.
• Able to perform basic machine maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect and complete structural components per drawings and specs.
• Use shop math and precision instruments to test assemblies.
• Move product within the manufacturing area and support workflow.
• Train and assist others in assembly and inspection techniques.
• Cross-train in inspection and become qualified for multiple assembly tasks.
