• Coordinate and attend recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers.
• Review applications and source passive candidates.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
• Provide candidates with information about AAR and the desired position.
• Build relationships with professional organizations, military transition offices, and colleges for recruitment.
