Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services in Baltimore is seeking a Fueler Supervisor to lead daily fueling operations and manage a team of fuelers at our facility. You will coordinate fueling schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with safety rules and FAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Able to read and follow safety regulations
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority credentials eligibility

Responsibilities

• Lead fueling staff and scheduling
• Oversee fuel trucks, fuel farm, and related equipment
• Ensure safe, efficient fueling operations
• Maintain fueling records and QC inspections
• Train staff and enforce safety standards
• Lead outdoor work in varying weather
