PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Lead Fueler to oversee safe and efficient fueling of aircraft and GSE at the airport. You will lead fueling teams, manage schedules, ensure safety and aviation compliance, and handle emergencies such as spills.

Responsibilities include quality checks, training, record-keeping, and coordination with airline personnel to ensure timely departures. The role requires outdoor work, various shifts, and strict PPE adherence.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Prior Aircraft/GSE Fueler experience preferred.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible for required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, as applicable).
• Airlines operate 24/7; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead fueling operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate fueling tasks and staffing for operations.
• Fuel aircraft and GSE ( hydrant/fuel trucks, tanker trucks, tugs, belt loaders).
• Ensure accurate fuel quantities and proper balancing during refueling.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections for cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform quality control checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Address emergencies, including spills and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain records of fueling transactions and usage for aircraft and GSE.
• Assist in training new fueling staff on safety and procedures.
• Collaborate with airline personnel to ensure timely fueling and minimize delays.
• Monitor fueling equipment performance and safety standards.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe working practices.
• Maintain dependable attendance and be flexible with shifts.
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather.
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
