Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM in Grapevine, Texas, seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee Aircraft Fuelers and coordinate fueling operations, ensuring safety, accuracy and on-time service.

Qualifications

• Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
• Management, supervisory or lead experience in Aviation preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid US driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and working in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all fueling operations and ensures availability of workers and equipment.
• Supervise Aircraft Fueling Operations to maintain safety and efficiency standards.
• Prepare and submit reports such as staffing updates and equipment status reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting of fuel transactions and recommend manpower requirements.
• Mentor other employees and enforce disciplinary procedures fairly.
