Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead Aircraft Fuelers, coordinate fueling operations, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage staffing, report on shifts, and supervise fueling activities to meet company standards.

The role requires prior fueling experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to work 1pm–9pm. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential in this busy aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
• Prior management, supervisory or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
• Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively.
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reviews data on incoming flights to plan work activities.
• Directs and coordinates operations and ensures staff and equipment are available for fueling/defueling.
• Supervise fueling operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit staffing/shifts and equipment status reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting and fuel transactions.
• Mentor and guide other employees; resolve grievances.
• Ensure compliance with attendance standards and company policies.
• Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers.
