Swissport is seeking an LGA Operations Manager for fueling operations in the United States. The role oversees day-to-day fueling and GSE activities, scheduling, budgeting, and quality audits to ensure safe, efficient operations and contract compliance.

The position demands extensive into-plane experience with a management background, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of FAA/TSA/FAR requirements. Swissport offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College Level Degree preferred.
• Minimum of eight years into-plane experience, with five years in a management role required.
• Must have strong organizational skills, detail oriented.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and efficient operation for into-plane and GSE fueling.
• Ensure customer service standards and contract services are performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, and overtime to optimize costs.
• Liaise with customers, airport authorities, and government agencies.
• Coach and discipline staff as needed.
• Review reports to determine adequacy of services and implement changes.
• Achieve KPIs for location performance, on-time aircraft handling, and financial results.
