You will handle customer interactions with corporate flight departments and high-profile clients, and support aircraft, cargo and passenger charters.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service and basic math skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Customer service/hospitality experience
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 18 years of age
• A valid state driver’s license
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
