Atlantic Aviation at OPF in Opa Locka, FL is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility, interacting with corporate flight departments and high-profile clients to provide services for aircraft, cargo and passenger charters.

The role requires flexibility for all shifts, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance.
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.

In this position, you will perform assigned tasks related to providing services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and other general aviation aircraft.
