Job summary

Atlantic Aviation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our full-time team. You will be the first point of contact for clients arriving at the facility, delivering professional service and coordinating for corporate aircraft, charters, and fuel transactions.

We offer a fast-paced aviation environment, require availability for all shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays, and you must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and a high school

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance.
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
