Atlantic Aviation FBO Services, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative for our Stratford, CT location.

You will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the facility, handling inquiries, reservations, and transactions for corporate aircraft, cargo, and passenger charters. The role requires excellent customer service skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work various shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience required.
• High school diploma or GED certificate required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state drivers license required.
• Ability to understand and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance.
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Coordinate with line service personnel and pilots to meet customer needs.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• May be assigned to another Atlantic location based on proximity and business needs.
