Job summary

Atlantic Aviation is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative at our White Plains, NY location. You will be the first point of contact for clientele and coordinate services for corporate aircraft, cargo, and passenger charters while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires strong hospitality experience, a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience required.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
