PDS Tech Commercial in Mobile, AL is seeking a Flight Line Mechanic to support flight line operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll help prepare newly built aircraft for test flights, troubleshoot systems, and perform maintenance to ensure safety and readiness.

The position requires at least 3 years’ aviation experience and an A&P license. You’ll work on a fast-paced team, follow procedures, document work, and contribute to reliable aircraft performance.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of aviation experience.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining aircraft systems.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform FTP testing, pre- and post-flight checklists, and daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot, repair, rig, and replace aircraft structures, components, and systems.
• Maintain and rework landing gear, flight controls, engines, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Conduct maintenance, post-dock inspections, and safety checks.
• Refuel/defuel, jacking and towing, oil servicing, and tire/strut maintenance.
• Document maintenance in accordance with procedures.
• Follow hazardous materials policies and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with flight line team to improve troubleshooting and reliability.
