Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Flightline Mechanic to perform functional tests, pre/post-flight inspections and troubleshooting to prepare aircraft for test flights and delivery.

You will operate test equipment and interpret manuals to support tasks and ensure quality standards. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in aviation, a valid Airframe License, and willingness to work a rotation shift that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum aviation experience in manufacturing or MRO preferred.
• Valid Airframe License.
• Willingness to work a rotation shift including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must possess or obtain a passport for travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot malfunctions, rigs, repairs, and replace aircraft structures and systems of moderate difficulty.
• Maintain and rework aircraft components including landing gear, flight surfaces, hydraulics, pneumatics and fuel systems.
• Perform daily aircraft maintenance and prepare documentation per procedures.
