Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Flight Line Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. You will perform FTPs, pre/post-flight inspections, and prepare built aircraft for test flights, using approved data and a range of test equipment.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years aviation experience and a valid A&P license. You will contribute to safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a dynamic production environment at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum aviation experience, preferably in an aviation manufacturing or repair environment.
• Valid A&P License.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft Final Test Procedure (FTP), Pre- and Post-Flight inspections for test readiness.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and components of moderate difficulty.
• Operate test equipment and interpret technical manuals, drawings and engineering data.
• Maintain and document tasks in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
• Support day-to-day flight line operations at Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Mobile facility.
