Executive Jet Management is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to serve as a key contact for owners, engineers, and pilots, ensuring maintenance schedules, budgets, and compliance with FAA rules. The role requires coordinating onboarding, crew hiring, aircraft operation and billing, in a dedicated region.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in Business Administration or Aviation and FAA A&P certification, with 6–8 years of experience, strong communication, project

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or Aviation.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• 6-8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance/maintenance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for owners, internal teams, technicians and pilots on maintenance and 135-related matters.
• Ensure maintenance production schedules comply with company policies and procedures.
• Onboard accounts/aircraft, coordinate crew hiring, and manage billing and operation processes.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and returns-to-service/airworthiness release.
• Travel up to 75% to coordinate with OEMs and MROs and manage parts/inventory.
