You will evaluate applications, guide students to available resources, verify FAFSA and ISIRs, and coordinate with other departments to support student access to funding and timely disbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and financial aid experience.
• College coursework in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Process financial aid documentation including VA education benefits and scholarships.
• Monitor FAFSA submissions and ISIRs, verify selected files.
• Track MPN submissions via COD and conduct loan counseling sessions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Federal Student Aid Handbook.
• Assist students with available aid options and documentation.
