Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Resident Construction Manager to oversee a variety of construction and rehabilitation projects for the Allegheny County Airport Authority in Pittsburgh, PA. This role requires operating in a dynamic client environment and delivering work within time-sensitive schedules, with the ability to pass a federal background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of construction experience as a Resident Construction Manager or similar role.
• Aviation knowledge and NICET certification are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage project schedule from inception to closeout.
• Review workmanship for compliance with plans and specs.
• Conduct weekly site reviews and track action items.
• Upload and manage project information in the PMIS.
• Review and approve contractor monthly requisitions.
• Develop collaborative solutions to issues and risks.
• Audit change orders and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate with 3rd party engineering and inspections.
