Job summary

A leading aviation services company located in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Building Engineer to support the Airport Operations team. This role entails performing routine and extensive maintenance on the FBO facility, ensuring reliable building operations, and addressing mechanical and technical emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility operations, knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, and strong communication skills. This position is crucial for supporting 24/7 airport operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, or aviation facility operations.
• Project management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on buildings, hangars, systems, and equipment.
• Monitor, operate, and provide routine maintenance to HVAC and critical systems equipment.
• Conduct routine building inspections and document issues observed.
• Act as the first responder for facility, mechanical, and technical emergencies.
