Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Engineering Intern to join our Meridian, ID office for Summer 2027. You will support assignments that contribute to planning, design, and construction of airport infrastructure, gaining exposure to real-world engineering work.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, have interest in aviation design, and possess strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
• Interest in airport design and aviation infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing design components for airport infrastructure.
• Support technical specifications and project documentation.
• Research design options and present findings to project managers.
• Review design drawings and contribute to quality control.
• Assist with cost estimates and vendor quotes.
• Support field tests and on-site construction oversight.
