• Lead engineering organizations to maximize team performance and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

• Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and oversee activities in the Engineering department to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective systems.
• Provide technical support for the Repair Station and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturers' recommendations.
• Manage professional development and growth of the engineering team including goal setting and performance management.
• Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain to align engineering with procurement and logistics.
