Job summary

StandardAero in Dallas, TX is seeking an Engine Mechanic through SkillBridge to support day-to-day aviation repair and maintenance. You will work with a team to implement the right processes, ensuring flight and product efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

Roles include inspecting engine modules, following manuals and blueprints, and completing required paperwork. Opportunities for growth through hands-on training and advancement await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• FAA Power plant certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine modules and engine components.
• Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.
• Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations.
