Job summary

GE Aerospace Clearwater is seeking an experienced Original Equipment Operations Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations for the OE division. You will supervise both salaried and hourly teams, drive safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and coordinate cross-functional production programs for commercial and military contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 제조/engineering background with leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct people leadership in manufacturing/production.

Responsibilities

• Lead OE operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Promote continuous improvement per site benchmarks and standards.
• Manage salaried and lead hourly production teams.
• Drive manufacturing improvements and cost reduction as a Center of Excellence.
• Standardize processes and manage KPIs with root-cause analysis.
• Present product strategies and risk assessments to senior leaders; travel up to 20%.
