Job summary

Sealite, part of SPX Technologies, is seeking an electromechanical assembler for aviation-focused production. You will follow technical instructions, read CAD drawings, wire harnesses, and perform testing to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior electromechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Familiarity with wiring harnesses, soldering, drilling, and AC/DC currents.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings.
• Experience in a production environment; SAP-a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test production units for aviation industry with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a safety-first culture.
• Prepare work orders according to instructions, CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
• Assist engineering with prototypes and resolving assembly issues.
• Document assemblies and test results, transfer finished products to Quality Control.
• Maintain tools and workspace; support calibration activities with QA.
