Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with LabVIEW and development of graphical test systems.
• Experience with Python and PyQt for graphical development.
• Programming test systems with graphical interfaces and embedded controllers.
• CAD design of 3D models and 2D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop test fixtures and electronic hardware to meet repair station specs.
• Create complete electrical test systems with embedded controls and graphical interfaces.
• Write and troubleshoot control software for test equipment.
• Repair test equipment electronics and circuitry as needed.
• Document alternatives parts and materials per criteria.
• Train technicians in troubleshooting and testing of units.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, FAA reviewers, and customers on issues.
• Reverse engineer and certify alternate parts; maintain professional relationships.
