Jacobs is seeking an Aviation Electrical Engineer to join our team, contributing to planning, design, and review of large-scale airfield projects like taxiways, runways, and navigational systems. You will work with top engineers to deliver innovative, connected solutions for airports, with a hybrid work option and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a BSEE, 5+ years in aviation electrical design, knowledge of FAA guidelines, and proficiency in Civil 3D and MS Office.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in person and in writing.
• Initiative, creative problem-solving, eagerness to learn while teamwork.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation electrical engineering with airfield lighting, navigational aids, and electrical infrastructure design.
• Understanding FAA Advisory Circulars and UFC criteria; field experience with RFIs, submittals, field orders.

Mansioni

• Plan, design, and review airfield lighting and navigational aids projects.
• Perform electrical design tasks to support project and design managers.
• Prepare bidding documents: lighting layout, power distribution, controls, signage, and cost estimates.
• Oversee or participate in construction-related tasks including on-site observation and project engineering.
