Job summary

Amentum is seeking a skilled technician to perform aircraft egress system repair and maintenance, including inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of canopy frs, emergency oxygen systems, and ejection seats. You will rig canopy drives and assist in egress system maintenance under supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma, US citizenship, and the ability to meet physical standards. Real ID preferred and Valid driver’s license are recommended.

Qualifications

• Experience with removing, inspecting, installing, repairing, modifying aircrew egress systems and components.
• Experience supervising maintenance of egress systems and subsystems.
• Must be U.S. Citizen and able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to the Egress Shop Leadman and assists in egress team maintenance.
• Maintains aircraft egress systems with seats, canopies, hatches and related components.
• Duties include inspection, repair, maintenance and modification of egress systems; remove and replace time-change components; rig seats and canopies.
