Job summary

Paycom in Independence, KS seeks a Jr. Process Review Technician to verify that technicians have completed tasks and documented work per FAA data and manufacturer instructions, including installing safety wire and preserving aviation articles.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, using the ERP system to confirm orders, reviewing service bulletins, coordinating component priority, and recording maintenance actions per QAPs and other duties as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant/technical work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for correctness before transferring components.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies with technicians.
• Ensure signoffs, part usage and notes are properly documented.
• Use ERP to review purchase orders and ensure compliance with customer requests.
• Review service bulletins for proper completion and documentation.
• Coordinate component priority and communicate with teams.
• Preserve components per QAPs and install safety cable after tests.
• Document maintenance records of all work performed.
• Other duties as assigned.
